Refunds:

As a provider of digital services, East Coast Digital Marketing does not offer refunds for any purchased services. Once a service has been initiated, delivered, or made accessible to you, it is deemed fulfilled, and no refunds will be provided. This policy applies to all our digital products and services, including but not limited to consultations, audits, reports, and ongoing service subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of any ongoing service subscriptions with East Coast Digital Marketing must be requested in writing, either through email or via our designated customer support channels. We require a minimum notice period of 60 days prior to the next billing cycle for cancellations to take effect. Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

Exceptions:

In rare circumstances where East Coast Digital Marketing fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, clients may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future services. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of East Coast Digital Marketing.
